Time To Take It Easy

***The programming for the rest of the week is for our non-competing members only.  Competitors should plan to be at the gym for light work on skills, mobility, and body maintenance.

If you are among the many of us that will be competing in the sectional this weekend, your intense training is over.  You are not going to get stronger or faster in the next few days, but we do want you in the gym as much as possible.  Show up and do the warmups, work on your mobility/flexibility, work on skills, but remember the brunt of the work is already done.  Now is the time to treat yourself good and keep your mind in the zone.  Eat well, sleep as much as possible, and stay loose.  Remind yourself that you are doing this for fun.  You're doing this because it will make you a physically and mentally stronger/fitter person.  Don't let the hype stress you out.  We are just going to do some workouts with some great athletes and see how good we can do.  Fun simple and easy.
