As many thrusters as possible in 20 minutes with a three man team as follows:
1 Teammate Rows 250m
1 Teammate Thrusters 75/45
1 Teammate Rests
*When the rower finishes 500m they rotate to thrusters, and the thruster teammate goes to the rest station. The teammate who was resting rows the next 500m. Keep a running tally of thrusters performed by entire team for score.
Jesuit wrestler, Parker Ksidakis (15) loads up for a big kip during "Cindy". He got 19 rounds as Rx’ed for a total of 95 pull ups, 190 pushups, and 285 squats in 20 minutes! Tore his hand open about half way through the workout and continued doing pull ups. The 103lb weight class better watch out, this kid is the real deal!
