Watch this video all the way through.  See the dedication and commitment to some of these snatches after a whole weekend of competition and serious max effort.  Just making the TOP 5 is an accomplishemt.  If you ever have wondered what it takes to make the finals of the NorCal Masters 50-54 division, ask Larry!

He works harder than anyone in our box.  Flexnasty, Level 1, Competitors, Yoga, Foam Rolling, Massage, Strength, Olyimpic Lifting Class… Need I say more?  I have never seen anyone dedicate themselves to the areas they specifically need more than Larry Johnson!  If you ever have questions, wonder how you can grow as a CrossFitter or just want to congratulate Larry, you will never meet a more considerate and supportive individual.
