4th of July WOD!!!
The gym will be colsed on the 4th, but I am planning a special outdoor WOD for everyone at 8:00 AM. We will meet at my house (3851 Moddison Ave in River Park) and carry a few pieces of equipment about 1/2 mile down the river to a great WOD location. From start to finish, walking to location, set up and organization, plan for about a 2 hour deal.
Please leave a quick comment if you plan to attend so I can get a head count for equipment and AM beer needs. This is really going to be lots of fun and a great workout.
Wear rugged shoes and long socks, there will be trails and brush!
