When given the choice to sub rowing or jump rope for the run on last Monday's WOD, 90% of you chose to run.  I was amazed.  Maybe it was the kid like nature inside all of us that made it more fun, or maybe it was the competitive drive of wanting to keep the WOD as close to Rx as you could.  Either way it was fun watching you all come from the runs sopping wet yet un-phased.  Here is one of our newer members, Josh Stonier hauling ass in the down pour.  Josh runs like the bad guy from Terminator 2 and got a muscle up on his first try after he was shown the false grip.  Once we get those hips loosened up we expect to see Josh consistently on top of the leaderboard.
