Yesterday's WOD was just what the doctor ordered, high output, core based conditioning.  A little break from all the heavy lifting earlier this week with a focus on trunk endurance.  The GHD version of the WOD was humbling.  Take a good amount of time to get your hips and trunk warm today so we can get full squats in good lumbar curve position.
