NORCAL REGIONALS!  Once a year, we get to see our very own CFES athletes go after something that has eluded them the past 2 years.  If you don’t already know, there is a chip on everyone of these athletes shoulders regarding the CrossFit Games and their ability to come so close, yet so far!
Ask Justin, Travis, Leah, Cori P, all of which experienced the woes of missing the podium by 1 spot.  The third time is the charm…
We are very proud to announce such an amazing group of athletes to field the team representing CFES at this years biggest test of fitness in Northern California. They have been training hard all year long; overcoming injury and many struggles along the way. They are strong, talented, fit, and hungry for this opportunity to show the world what they can do. Let’s come out in droves and support our team.  The teams in NorCal have improved and the competition has only gotten more fierce.  It is truly one of the most inspiring events you can attend for the year.  It is a chance to get close to some of the top athletes in CrossFit and see some incredible feats.  The energy. The vibes. The community we are all a part of. There’s nothing else like it. Don’t miss it!
