AMRAP 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans 135/95
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute, pick up where you left off. Repeat for 5 total 3 minute cycles.

Not because she's a drunk, because she smashed the Level 1 Fitness Test yesterday.  I took Ashley through the entire Level 1 testing protocol in 45 minutes and she made the whole thing look like a joke!  It usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes.  She only got out of breath on the very last part, the jumping pull ups.  Great job Ash on smashing the test.

As for the rest of you, there are many of you who are ready to take the Level 1 Test.  We have a steady stream of new members coming into the foundations program and it's time to start making room for them.  We will be on it with those of you who are ready to pass the test.  Get ready to step up.
