CrossFit East Sacramento is the talk of the town.  We had 25 people show for our class yesterday.  It is tons of fun to see so many people going for it with the music blasting and intensity all around. 

Remember everyone can CrossFit.  Even though the prescribed WOD is totally out of most of our reach, we time and time again adjust the workout to fit everyone's individual needs.  We did not have 1 athlete yesterday who could pull off 30 muscle ups, but we were able to scale the workout so every person who attended got a great workout and left feeling accomplished.  Keep working hard, and over time there will be less and less scaling as you get closer to the pinnacle prescribed level of CrossFit. 

Nutrition-
No fitness regimen is complete without a solid approach to nutrition.  Weather you are trying to lose 100 pounds, shave off that last 5 pounds, or take 10 seconds off your Fran time, you will not get there with exercise alone.  Check out our new nutrition page for information on what you should be doing to become a healthier, happier, and better performing individual.
