Yesterdays warmup was 1000m row followed by bottom to bottom tabata squats and tabata double unders.  Bottom to bottom tabata squat is a terrible creation.  We all owe a good punch in the face to whoever came up with this idea awful idea. 
On the left, new member Laura Bennett does a beautiful job holding position during a personal training session with Chris.  On the right we have the morning class.  Click on the image to enlarge it and see who is in good position and who is getting a little lazy.  Here's a tip, if they look like someone in a 3rd world country pooping, they are getting lazy.  We want you keep an active position as if you are going to have to support 300 lbs during the hold, don't go 3rd world on us. 

Shown Below is a group of military personnel from CrossFit Fort Meade doing bottom to bottoms.  One guy quits after the first round.  Are they going low enough?  Do they look like they are pooping?
