IMG_5473I just had to give some love to Katie Daley for getting a PR on Fran on Thursday after returning form a Vegas trip.  Kaite also was struggling with a head cold/allergies and had to take some medicine to get through the day.  She went into the workout with the expectations of sticking to a plan and doing the best she could on the given day and ended up with a PR.

Katie has been consistently working hard in here and has made tremendous progress in her ability as well as on getting a bum knee very strong.  This is what CFES is all about.  Those who can muster up the persistance, patients, and hard work to show up and take care of themselves outside the gym will be rewarded with life changing physical ability.  Everyone is physically capable, but only the strong few have the mental ability to become the masters of their own bodies.
