One of the most elegant and brutal WODs in CF. Nothing but good ol' push ups, pull ups and air squats. I personally would like to see a version of this in the Open, minus the lame cheater "games style" push ups. Maybe 5 dips 10 pull ups 15 squats.
On that note we get a new WOD tomorrow. Any guesses. I heard some Fran predictions floating around. What would you all like to see, not like to see? What's the movement you fear the most? Other than burpees.
