There have been numerous occasions lately where I come into the gym and get instantly pissed off because shit is everyewhere and the place is disorganized. We had this handled pretty well a few months back, and it is an issue that has been brought up many times over the last 2 and a half years. Well here we go again.
I want to keep it simple this time. Here are the rules:
1) Pay close attention to where the equipment that you take out comes from and put it back where you got it.
2) Leave the gym neater than you found it, taking your water bottles and garments with you.
3) Anyone person or class who fails to do this will be subject to burpees on their next visit.
We work hard around here to provide a quality training environment. This is your gym too so take a second to open your eyes and think about what you're doing, or enjoy your burpees, or go back to globo.
