Some of the girls that couldn't make it to Barbells For Boobs got together to tackle Grace. We had some PR's and Angela cut her previous time almost in half. Great Job ladies! Have fun with Fran today. Try to do it so fast that it takes you a half hour to get off the floor like me. If you do this before work beware of the Fran cough. You might be in a daze for a couple hours too.

I’ve learned a disturbing fact that several European countries just to patch some holes in the budget have increased taxes on fat, supposedly “to fight obesity”. Politics that raise taxes on butter, almond butter, olive oil, fish oil, and BACON, scare me. Help!!! We’ve gotta do something before it gets here.
