Rest Day
Jen Reynaga has been with us kicking ass for over 3 years now. She is one of those people that always has a positive attitude, and she never gives up no matter what. I looked over yesterday and saw her bench pressing and it dawned on me that I don’t think I ever had a teacher throughout my schooling who bench pressed. If I did, it wasn’t my 46 year old English teacher, and they certainly didn’t know how to bench like this. Great work Jen throwing up 5 x 5 @ 95# on the bench yesterday with great looking form.
