If squatting is the mother of all functional movements in CrossFit, handstands are the mother of all movements in gymnastics.  The awesome thing is that we got tons of people who are starting to get the hang of their handstands.  Gymnastics/body control is a crucial part CrossFit scheme for developing elite fitness.  Mastery of the handstand opens many doors in terms of your physical ability, and if it scares you then you need to learn it even more.

Can't get to Flexnasty class?  Get a few people toghether and call Amber to set up some private training, heck you don't even have to be a member here.
