Rest Day
Next weekend on Sunday October 11th CrossFit Sonora will be doing a memorial WOD in honor of a fallen firefighter, Chad Harris. The 27 year old was hit by a car on August 25th while crossing highway 88 in Clemens on the way to meet some friends. We encourage you all to head out to Sonora and help CF Sonora in raising money to support Chad's family and to set up a scholarship in his name. If you can't, make it to Sonora for the WOD, we will also perform the memorial WOD here at CFES on Saturday October 10th and raise as much as we can.
