Anne, hitting a 3 rep max of 125 on the overhead squat earlier this month.  The overhead squat can be one of the most challenging positions to get into.  It requires good mobility of all major joints, and coordination of every major muscle group at once.  Since it takes lots of practice, we do it nearly every day in our warmups.  Do not rush through your warmup reps just because they are uncomfortable.  Go slow and strive for perfection, your warmup reps are an oppritunity to make yourself better at difficult skills like these.   Learn the postion of the overhead squat.  Good position = productive application of force.  Constantly work on the mobility issues that restrict you from the ideal position, and in time you might be almost as strong as Anne.
