Take a look at espn’s website and how much the made the games look professional. Scan some of the adds done by crossfit and Reebok. When sharing what cross fit is… Refer to these and it will give people a good idea of what/why we do the crazy stuff we do.  If you haven’t browsed through Reebok’s commercials about Crossfit and how much they have utilized the Real Athletes of Crossfit, Take a look.  There are great videography’s done on many athletes.  Although I am sure many of you have seen this already, I thought it would be nice to see it again.
