5 Two Minute Rounds of:
Row 200m
Wall Ball Shots 20/12
Rest 1 minute

*You have two minutes to row 200m and do as many Wall Ball Shots as you can before the round is over.  Rest exactly 1 minute and repeat.  Your score is the total number of successful wall ball shots.

Fifties yesterday was for many of us the most brutal physical experience we have ever had.  Everyone finished despite reaching their breaking points.  Great job to all of you on one of the most punishing workouts ever.  Around here we call it FUNISHMENT!  Aside from Chris, Travis, and myself, Sam Chaccour (bottom left) had the fastest time at 25:43 and was the only member to do the workout as prescribed. He tattooed our floor with beautiful sweat angel.  Nice job buddy.  Keep up the hard work and cut back on the G.V.Hurley's and you will get those six pack abs by next boating season.
