Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1

After warming up your overhead squat pick a relatively heavy weight for your first single and add weight each set, working up to an absolute max by the fifth set.  After 5 sets of OHS add a bit more and start your first single on front squat.  Continue adding weight for 5 sets working to an absolute 1 rep max on FS.  Add some more and start BS in the same fashion finding a 1 rep max on back squat.  The goal is to add weight every set throughout the WOD.  Keep your rests to about 2 minutes, and lets hit some PR's today.

With all this talk about muscles lately we couldn't leave out some of CFES's best guns.  Eileen Diepenbrock has been with us since day 1 when we opened and had been training with Travis for about a year before that.  She has made tremendous progress and is looking great.  Another poster child of high intensity, constantly varied, functional fitness.  It has been great watching you transform into a fitness machine.
