One of our members forgot their 24 Hour Globo towel and Travis decided to turn it into a burpee wild card about a week ago.  Justin Arnest was the first member to pull it out of the stack.  He was a good sport and did the all 25 burpees despite having just finished a nasty workout.  Way to go along with the hazing brother.  Will you be next?

The following video explains the trade off between technique and intensity.  We actually want to see some degradation in technique to ensure that intensity is as high as possible.
