Super Bowl Party At CrossFit East Sac!

Are you ready for some football?  Last years Super Bowl was great! We hosted a wonderful party with good food, great friends and a quality squares game.  Bring some food for others, some cash for a couple of squares and we will ensure some quality beer and cocktails to celebrate.  Super Bowl Sunday will be happening at CFES.  RSVP in the comment section!  

Let’s throw a shout out to all those who are competing tomorrow in the 40 and over demographic of CrossFit.  This is one of the fastest growing groups of athletes and I for one am thankful I am 39.8 years old when you see some of the talent hitting these competitions. 

On a not so side note… How many of you can say you have ever produced or had something publicized on one of the most highly televised programs of all time.  You will never catch him bragging nor will hear him touting he produces and develops commercials with some serious famous athletes/actors, but Dave Mering of MeringCarson, along Cori Mering and Liz Ross of CrossFit East Sacramento have all had the pleasure of working with some serious talent.  Many of us only watch the Super Bowl for the commercials.  Take a look at something that MeringCarson produced and it aired during the 2009 Super Bowl.
