AMRAP 20 Minutes:
Run 200m
x Handstand Push Ups
x Ring Dips
x Push Ups

x = the round you are on.  So do 1 of each pressing movement the first round, and 2 on the 2nd round, and so on.  For scoring purposes, all presses must be complete for the round to count.

8:00 AM gets some practice on the DB Squat Clean Thruster.  Key points on this movement were to open your hips all the way at the top of the jump, and to land accurately in a perfect squat stance.  Its really hard to squat if your feet are too wide or narrow, if you are on your toes, or if your feet are rolling in on the arches.  Footwork is a key to improving your Olympic lifts.  Focus on the feet and you will get through a WOD like yesterday with greater safety, efficacy and efficiency.
