Well you probably have no interest in getting as strong as Mark Bell, but why not learn about strenght from one of the strongest human beings on the planet.  Strength is a huge component of our fitness model and is something we strive to develop daily.  Powerlifters are in fact the worlds strongest athletes and we aim to tap into their knowledge.  This isn't about shooting roids in your ass, wrapping yourself in kevlar compression suits and becoming a grotesque powerlifters, it's about learning new training techniques that will elevate our fitness abilities.

Mark Bell and his partner Jesse Burdick are both deciples of the Godfather of lifting, Louie Simmons.  Louie was previously doing the CF Powerlifting cert, but he is passing the tourch to Mark and Jesse due to his adversion of ever leaving his hometown Coloumbus Ohio.  Mark and Jesse will be in the house with Team Super Training to share their secrets.  These guys have all the knowledge that has been developed by the strongest powerlifting cult in the world, Westside Barbell.

The great thing about these guys is they understand that our goals are different than their own and they fully respect what we aim to do as athletes.  I met Mark at K-Star's last mobility cert and had a chance to get some coaching from him as well as observe him coaching other CF athletes.  Mark and Jesse are hungry to share their knowlegde of powerlifting with us with the goal of making us stronger CF atheltes.
